You just have to meet Nancy to know that she is different than other Real Estate agents. Nancy is down-to-earth and hard working. She strives to make your experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible by making herself available to guide and assist you in making probably one of the biggest and most important investments you’ll make. She provides you with all the support and tools that you need to navigate the Real Estate market whether it’s finding your dream home, or getting the best offers on your current home. Nancy brings a comprehensive understanding of current market conditions by constantly striving to stay on top of economic news. She also brings integrity and skill in negotiating the best price for her customers.

In addition to her in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market, Nancy brings over ten years of experience in Property Management in the SF Bay Area rental market. She has also participated in real estate education, having taught NMLS continuing education courses.

Before starting her Real Estate business, Nancy sang with the National Opera of Romania, Timisoara for 10 years, performing in a variety of roles. As anyone who has performed in front of an audience knows, you must come to the role prepared. It’s the same level of preparation and commitment to excellence Nancy brings to her current role as Real Estate agent.

In the spirit of giving back to the community, Nancy volunteers for the Cupertino school district, providing music lessons to kindergarten children. Previously, she volunteered for The Potter’s House Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to at-risk children.

Daniella is responsible for assisting Nancy with the myriad of administrative duties that occur during the real estate transaction, from contract to closing. She does all the paperwork, checks for compliance, and ensures the process runs smoothly. This allows Nancy to focus on the most important aspect of real estate, the client.

Nadine is responsible to maintaining our client database, website, blogs and online listings. She is also behind all our successful marketing campaigns that draw the most number of buyers to our open houses. Not only does she have experience in real estate marketing, but she brings with her a background in mathematics and data science which allows her to sift through all the data analytics to ensure that Social Media advertising campaigns to make sure your listing is getting the attention it deserves.   

Gil is the creative genius of the team. She puts together all the gorgeous marketing materials we use to market your home. She is also responsible for attention-grabbing social media posts and open house flyers, postcards, and signage. She's a great asset to the team!
