SUMMARY:Walking Tour of Harvey Milk Sights
DESCRIPTION:One way to celebrate Pride Month is to watch the movie Milk\, the 2008 film about the life and death of San Francisco civil rights activist Harvey Milk. Then tour the many of the sights featured in the movie\, which was filmed on location in San Francisco's Castro District\, the city's center of gay life and the neighborhood Harvey represented on the city's Board of Supervisors before he was assassinated in 1978. Some examples include Harvey Milk Plaza\, Twin Peak Tavern and Castro Theatre. You can find the full list of San Francisco sights at c|net. \nEnd the tour with a visit to the LGBT Historical Society Museum\, which features an in-depth Harvey exhibit  as well as LGBTQI history\, culture and arts. Admission is $10. \n
