Fireworks are returning to San Francisco for New Year’s Eve for 2023!
The grand fireworks display is scheduled at midnight on New Year's Eve 2023/2024, marking the transition from 2023 to 2024. As part of an annual tradition, 200,000 warmly dressed San Franciscans will bid farewell to the current year and welcome the new one together. The city, once again, will host a complimentary waterfront midnight fireworks show. Attendees are advised to arrive by 11:30 pm and proceed south of the Ferry Building along the Embarcadero for optimal viewing. The spectacular fireworks will commence precisely at the stroke of midnight.
