There are Farmers' Markets every weekend at different locations throughout the Bay Area, along the peninsula and in the South Bay. Some cities have more than one, so you are sure to find one near you. Most of the following markets are open year round from morning to noon or 1 PM on either Saturday or Sunday. They offer a wide variety of local produce, fresh organic fruits and vegetables, handmade art and homemade goodies. Some even have live music! But mostly you can feel good about helping small, local farmers and food artisans.

Covid-19 Response

Farmers’ Markets are considered essential during the COVID-19 crisis, and most have remained open. In response to the coronavirus, all venues have implemented protocols to maintain the health and safety of their guests, including wearing personal protective equipment and physical distancing. Some may require that you wear a mask when on the property. We recommend checking the market's website for more information such as dates, hours and locations as well as safety protocols.
