The 57th Annual Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates Japanese and Japanese American culture and heritage through vibrant performances, delicious food, and community traditions. This year is especially significant as it marks the final festival before the Peace Plaza undergoes renovations. The event also honors the legacy of Wayne Leong, a beloved member of the Executive Committee.
Organized by a diverse team led by Co-Chairs Yuki Nishimura and Matt Nagatomi, the festival thrives on the dedication of volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. Visitors can enjoy cultural performances, nonprofit food vendors, and the Grand Parade on April 21st. The festival welcomes all to join in this cherished celebration.
